This life-sized sculpture is formed hot from metal-stained glass fused onto a stainless steel cable, and is designed to be hung - it weighs about17 kilograms (15 lbs). It's formed from 25 individually-fused elements, each richly stained by a combination of metals including silver, cobalt, iron, copper, and bronze. Together, these form a powerful abstract work, full of movement and colour which catches and changes with the light.
